Refund & Returns Policy
Eligibility and Window
Purchases made on the official website are eligible for a full refund within ninety (90) days of delivery. The 90-day window is counted from the date the carrier marks the order as delivered.
Return Authorization (RMA)
Before sending any items back, contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused and will not be processed.

How to Prepare Your Return
Include a note inside the package with:
Order ID number
Shipping name and address
Contact phone number
Original packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation
Condition of Items
Returns are accepted if up to one unit may be opened; remaining units must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping and Responsibility
We cover the cost of return shipping. For US returns, we will provide a prepaid return label. For international returns, we will provide instructions to arrange a return at no cost to you. If you choose to use your own carrier instead of our provided method, we cannot reimburse those costs. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if sent outside the RMA process.
Refund Timing
After we receive and verify your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
International Orders
We cover the cost of the return shipping. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. Local customs, duties, or other import/export fees charged by authorities are not covered. We will provide instructions to ensure the return is processed smoothly.

Exclusions
This policy does not apply to purchases made outside the official website. Free gifts, bonus items, and promotional materials are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
